5. Pre-Orders & Multiple Items

6. Address Errors & Non-Delivery

Luvmae is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.
If a parcel is returned to us, we can reship it (additional postage may apply) or issue a refund minus shipping costs.
7. Delivery Delays

We’ll always assist in tracking and resolving any delivery concerns.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
If your order is missing, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.
9. Changes or Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order, contact support@Luv-Mae.com within 12 hours of purchase.
After fulfillment begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
