Exchanges and Returns

At Luvmae, we want you to love your order. To keep our prices sharp and hygiene standards high, most items are final sale. If something is wrong, we’ll fix it fast.

1) Final Sale (Default)

All products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind, wrong size, or preference unless stated otherwise on a specific product or promotion.

2) Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (e.g., mandatory consumer rights in the EU/UK/AU/CA/US). Where local law grants a right to cancel/return, we will comply with those rules.

3) Faulty / Incorrect Items (Our Mistake)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Include your order number and clear photos.
    Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and will repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion). If a return is required, we’ll cover return shipping for confirmed faults.

4) Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene/safety or customization reasons, the following are non-returnable except where faulty or required by law:

  • Intimates, swimwear, bodysuits

  • Earrings and piercings

  • Personalized/monogrammed items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

5) Size & Fit

Please check our size guide and product measurements before ordering. If you’re unsure, email us—our team will help you pick the right size. Where local law gives a cooling-off right, you must keep items unused, unwashed, with all tags/packaging to remain eligible.

6) Return Window (Where Applicable by Law or Explicit Offer)

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery (or the statutory period in your country, if longer).

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of approval and received in original, resellable condition.

  • Returns that arrive worn, washed, stained, scented, altered, or without tags may be rejected.

7) Refunds

  • Refunds go to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Processing time: typically 5–10 business days after we receive the item (your bank/issuer may take longer).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order had free shipping, we may deduct the original shipping cost from the refund where permitted.

8) Exchanges

We don’t hold inventory for exchanges. If an exchange is offered or required by law, we may:

  • Reserve a replacement (subject to stock), or

  • Ask you to place a new order and process a refund for the returned item once received.

9) Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty/incorrect items: Luvmae covers reasonable return shipping after approval.

  • All other returns (where permitted by law): the customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs duties/taxes.

10) Delivery Issues

  • Refused/undeliverable packages (wrong address, uncollected parcels) may be returned to sender. We can reship (additional postage) or refund minus original shipping and return costs where applicable.

  • Customs duties/taxes are set by your country and are non-refundable by Luvmae.
